| The internal throttle was 1 1/8 of an inch in diameter but the bar is only 1 inch, so the rubber boot was slid over the internal throttle and the end cap plugs into the Internal throttle to finish it off. The inner ring is stationary and fixed with a set screw to mimic the left hand bar grip |
